bread of long shelf-life (50 to 70g)
jam or honey
powdered milk
freeze-dried coffee
sweetened condensed milk

Meal
1 soup or 1 pâté
1 freeze-dried meal (which can be rehydrated directly in the bag)
1 desert (stewed fruits, fruit salad, semolina pudding, rice pudding...)

Supplies
2 energizing mueslis
dried fruits
nougat, piece of fruit jelly

Equipment to carry :
1 cooking equipment (one receptacle to warm up water, cutlery, cup ; if you take freeze-dried meals, the bag is used as a bowl)
1 stove (as globe-trotters)
1 windproof lighter or windproof matches
1 knife
1 flask and Micropur pastilles

Advice: Always take a survival blanket : light and easy to carry, it ensures thermal isolation.
